Well, in these last days, we have seen the separation of almost all mainline churches (Lutheran, Methodist, etc.) now into two camps; “those participants who are walking with the world, who dwell in Babylon, and who are striving for harmony with the world rather than being in harmony with Jesus Christ." As we near the end of times, maybe God is saying now is the time for my people to choose. It is time for each person to make it clear to the world where they walk. Do they walk on the wide path to their destruction, or do they walk on the narrow path to their salvation? Maybe God gave us the issues of homosexuality/sexual immorality and abortion as tests. The Bible is clear on its stance on these issues. Yet, the world strives to tell everyone that these acts are no longer sin and no longer in need for repentance. I see nowhere where God said he changed his mind. For people to argue with God is for them to say God is a liar. God shall not be mocked. God is now allowing people the opportunity to condemn themselves. Maybe God's judgement is determined by each person rather than God. So when the great judgement comes it is clear the decision for God has already been made by each individual. God have mercy on the souls of those who choose the path to everlasting death rather than the path to everlasting life.

Well said! How can anyone who calls themselves a Christian think that the Almighty is ok with the worship of an elephant, a demon, a golden calf, the earth, a pachamama? The First Commandment is first because it is the most important one! I AM the Lord thy God, no one shall have another god before ME! How much clearer do the words have to be before mankind understands??

What does this mean when the leader of the largest church on the planet denies the first commandment?

I agree your Excellency. They are riding the fence of heresy with ambiguity

Thank you Bishop Strickland!

May your courage - with the intercession of St. Jerome - lead other Cardinals, Bishops, and priests to preach the Truth with such clarity. The salvation of innumerable souls depends on it.

God Bless you for calling out Pope Francis on his statement of all faiths are equal, I have been so disappointed since I heard him say this, but also that I did not hear anyone defending the faith in light of it, so I thank you 🙏🙏

Thank you Bishop Strickland.

What I do not understand is how Pope Francis cannot see the damage his words will do. After all, if any faith brings you to God, why should those faiths who are the majority in their country permit the minorities to maintain their faiths? Why shouldn't Muslims then forcibly convert Christians, for after all, the vicar of Christ has said that Islam is just as good a path as Christianity?

The blood of the martyrs will be on his head. He has slain them with his own words.

Bravo your Excellency!

I pray your letter will reach the hearts and minds of those attendees who are still willing to stand firmly against the tide of Modernism…”the synthesis of all errors”,

God bless!

Dear Reverend Bishop Strickland,

Thank you for your leadership and letter to the Synod. As we know Saint Paul wrote to the Ephesians 5:5-6 For know you this and understand, that no fornicator, or unclean, or covetous person (which is a serving of idols), hath inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. Let no man deceive you with vain words...

And he wrote to the Galatians 5:19-21 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are fornication, uncleanness, immodesty, luxury, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, enmities, contentions, emulations, wraths, quarrels, dissensions, sects, 21 Envies, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like. Of which I foretold to you, that they who do such things shall not obtain the kingdom of God.

Reverend Bishop you are not too hard with your words; but you are charitable by letting them know they are going down the path of sin, the world, the flesh, and the Devil.

May The Blessed Virgin Mary Mother of God and Our Mother keep you.

It is interesting to see that as the Church goes, so goes the world. This has always been the case. Our world is caught up in wars and rumors of wars, pestilence, civil unrest, and the moral degradation of society as a whole, while at the same time the Church has lost Her way. You are a beacon of light in this dark world, your Excellency, thank you! Viva Cristo Rey!

Thank you, very well said and thanks for the thoughts of St. Jerome.

The mission of the Synod looks to be a way different than that of the Catholic Church.

From Council of Trent:

Jesus Christ and to spread His teachings to all people. This mission is rooted in the Great Commission given by Jesus to his apostles:

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." (Matthew 28:19-20)

The Catholic Church's mission is guided by its threefold purpose:

1. **Adoration**: To worship and adore God as revealed in Scripture and Tradition.

2. **Education**: To teach others about God's love and the ways of salvation.

3. **Evangelization**: To share the Good News of Jesus Christ with all people, everywhere.

The Catholic Church's mission can be summarized as follows:

1. **Evangelization**: To proclaim the Gospel message of salvation through Jesus Christ to all people.

2. **Proclamation of the Kingdom**: To announce the coming of God's kingdom on earth and to invite people to join it.

3. **Service and Charity**: To serve others, especially the poor and marginalized, in imitation of Jesus' teachings.

4. **Sacramental Life**: To administer the sacraments, particularly Baptism and Eucharist, which are essential for the life of the faithful.

5. **Catechesis and Formation**: To educate and form catechumens (those preparing for baptism) and the faithful in their faith, so they can grow in their relationship with God.

6. **Unity and Communion**: To maintain unity among all Catholics worldwide and to foster communion between the Church and its members.

By fulfilling this mission, the Catholic Church aims to bring people closer to God, to spread His teachings, and to build a community that reflects God's love and care for all humanity.

People need to read the Book of Jude. It’s only one chapter but plenty of warnings.

Exhortations.

17

But you, beloved, remember the words spoken beforehand by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ,n

18

for they told you,o “In [the] last time there will be scoffers who will live according to their own godless desires.”*

19

These are the ones who cause divisions; they live on the natural plane, devoid of the Spirit.p

20

But you, beloved, build yourselves up in your most holy faith; pray in the holy Spirit.q

21

Keep yourselves in the love of God and wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life.r

22

On those who waver, have mercy;*

23

save others by snatching them out of the fire; on others have mercy with fear,* abhorring even the outer garment stained by the flesh.
